Ossian is the General Manager for the Legal and Contracts Department. With a background as an International and civil lawyer, he joined Amoria Bond 4 years ago and now specialises in relevant legal information for the recruitment business (such as corporate and employment law).
He oversees the legal processes of the company in the fields of contract management, compliance, GDPR and development of new routes to market. His main tasks include setting out clear compliance and contract standards, developing and implementing smooth processes, and mitigating and managing risk to the group.
