We are delighted to announce that David Etherington has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Amoria Bond Group.
Former COO of NP Group (Networking People) and Founder of consultancy and advisory company Saltwater, David has worked with our business for almost three years as a Non-Executive Director. He brings with him a wealth of experience and an impressive track record of launching new services, driving innovation, and delivering sustainable growth in international staffing businesses.
David’s appointment signals the business’s continued investment and commitment to delivering our ambitious strategic business goals and international expansion plans.
Delivering staffing and consultancy services into the Technology, Advanced Engineering & Energy sectors, the Amoria Bond Group has achieved impressive financial results and rapid international growth year-on-year since it was established in 2006. Whilst our HQ remains in Manchester, as a Group we’ve grown to over 200 employees across our offices in Cologne, Amsterdam, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam, plus our new US office opening in Dallas later this year. The Group consists of global recruitment and staffing consultancy Amoria Bond and global management-consultancy entity Coalesce Management Consulting.
Having worked within the staffing industry for over 25 years, David has an excellent delivery record for companies such as TechPartners International, Capita IT Resourcing and NP Group. His in-depth knowledge of the Group’s core specialist STEM markets and extensive experience of recruitment, staffing and management consultancy will significantly strengthen our operating capabilities and effectiveness in these and other complementary international market sectors.
