We’re celebrating a successful start to 2022. It’s not even the end of January and we’ve already had our first five promotions! Massive congratulations to Samuel Ley and Johannes Morgen in Cologne, Wouter van Roessel in Amsterdam, and Francesco Ciraolo and Natasha Crump in Manchester! 

Our successful colleagues continue to climb to the next level of our “10 Steps To The Top” programme with Samuel and Francesco taking their first step with promotions to Recruitment Consultant, Wouter moving up to Senior Consultant, Johannes making it to Associate Director and Natasha taking on a wider responsibility in her role as a Board Director. 


Samuel started as a trainee in Christof Schäfer's team at Amoria Bond in July 2021 and impressed with his personality right from the start. He delivers results week after week and always shows himself to be a team player who can help colleagues out with difficult jobs.

Samuel's promotion was by no means unexpected - in the words of his manager Christof: "I recognised myself in his way of working - I was pretty quickly sure that he would soon make his breakthrough! [...] His promotion is well deserved and I look forward to celebrating it with him in Las Vegas". Keep up the good work Samuel!


Francesco is responsible for permanent hires within the renewable energy and power generation industry across the Mediterranean and Eastern Europe and has been instrumental in making new inroads across these regions during his short time with the company so far. He has reached the level of consultant after just six months at Amoria Bond!

He’s already made a big impact within the Manchester office, where he’s known for bringing a positive attitude at all times. His promotion comes with recognition of his great work ethic and his reputation for being extremely PROFES. 

His manager, Paul Francis, commented “I am hugely looking forward to helping Francesco grow. It gives me great pleasure and makes me extremely proud to say congratulations Franco.”


Wouter is celebrating his second promotion within only 12 months at Amoria Bond! During his time with us, he always made sure not to drop his winning attitude, no matter how difficult the situation. Even when things get hard, he accepts it an comes in the next day with a smile on his face. He has seen multiple highs and multiple lows, but never even attempted to give up! 

Besides his incredible performance for a first-year-recruiter – which has also led to him being included in this weekend’s sales conference in Dubai - Wouter is known for being a big part of the Amsterdam office culture. His manager Roy Grocock commented on his promotion: “Enjoy Dubai mate, you definitely deserved this promotion – keep it up!”


Johannes joined Amoria Bond in November 2020 as Business Manager to help build our consulting business and take over the DE Contract Engineering team, which at that time consisted of just 3 employees. 

Now, he is being rewarded for his strong belief in our vision and goals, for his solution orientation, his action orientation and his implementation strength with a promotion to Associate Director! Along the way, he has managed to increase his team to 7 employees. When announcing his promotion, his manager Matthew Roebuck ended his speech with the words: "Well done, Johannes - it's a pleasure to have you in our business".


As an independent consultant for a number of years, Natasha has worked closely with Amoria Bond since 2016 as strategic advisor across a range of strategic areas including CSR, Social Values, D&I and cultural engagement, and was appointed to the Board in 2021 as ESG Director. 

Her recent promotion extended her remit to include Exec responsibility for People which includes our Group TA and L&D strategy, formalising her role leading Group culture and engagement strategy and reflecting the Board’s commitment to and prioritisation of our people and ensuring we provide a brilliant, inclusive environment to work, develop and progress in recruitment! 

Her mantra is feel the fear and do it anyway’, something she put into practice in hosting many episodes of our popular Progressing Lives Everywhere Podcast which has seen her interview an array of impressive business leaders and experts from around the world to share insights to help others progress.
