There was a lot to celebrate in the sunshine of Cologne last Friday afternoon for Pierluigi; an early finish for the first Lunch Club since lockdown restrictions were recently eased in Germany, a 3-0 win by his national team, Italy, in the Euros, and a much deserved promotion to Senior Consultant – Step Two on our 10-Steps to the Top, and Pierluigi’s 2nd promotion in just eight months.
