Matthew Roebuck is the Group Managing Director for Advanced Engineering within the DACH region, based in our German Headquarters, Cologne. Matthew leads a management team who operate across the following recruitment models: Executive / Retained Search, Permanent on a Contingency basis, Temporary Workers (AUG) and Interim Experts (Independent Freelancers). He also has the following internal functions reporting directly in to him within Germany: Talent Acquisition / Marketing / Contracts & Compliance.
Matthew has worked for Amoria Bond for 13.5 years, progressing through the 10 step career plan from trainee consultant right through to board level. He is passionate about progressing our business, the lives of the people within it and that of the clients & candidates we support.
